What happens after you send the form
1. A short confirmation call
An agent calls within about 24 hours to confirm your name, the delivery address, the number of packs and the final amount. Nothing ships before that call, which is what protects both sides from a mistyped digit or a wrong address. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order is closed without shipping and with no consequence for you.
