Asking about an order?
Send us the product name and the mobile number you ordered with, and we will check the status with the distributor in your country and come back to you. If no confirmation call reaches you within a day of ordering, let us know — the number may have arrived incomplete.
Want to change or cancel an order?
Before shipping you can change the address or the number of packs, or cancel, at no charge. The quickest way is to tell the agent during the confirmation call; if you missed it, write to us.
Erasing your data
Write to us, quote the mobile number you ordered with and ask for erasure explicitly — we will confirm once it is done. Details are in the privacy policy.
How to order a product
We do not take orders by email: open the product page, choose your country and fill in your name and mobile number — you get a confirmation call, then the parcel, and pay on delivery.
